Refund Policy

The short version
- Free preview pack — no charge, no refund needed.
- $9.99 Pack / $19.99 Mega Pack — non-refundable once delivered. You see 4 watermarked emotes before paying — that's the “is the character right?” window.
- Failed generations — if a pack fails for technical reasons (image-gen timeout, our pipeline error), no charge is taken; just retry.
Why one-time packs are non-refundable
We give you four watermarked preview emotes before you pay anything. If those four don't show the character you wanted, don't pay — generate again with a different prompt or style. The preview is the refund window.
Once you click Unlock and we generate the remaining 16 emotes + all platform sizes + animated GIF/APNG + ZIP delivery, we've spent real inference and storage cost (and you've received the full deliverable). Because every pack is a one-of-a-kind generation tied to your specific prompt, we can't resell or recoup it.
Exceptions we do honor
- Charged for a pack that never delivered (no ZIP, no emotes visible in your dashboard) — full refund within 7 days.
- Charged twice for the same pack (duplicate Dodo charge) — duplicate refund within 7 days.
- Paid pack ZIP fails to download for everyone (our infrastructure issue, not your network) — full refund within 14 days.
For any of these, email karjunvarma2001@gmail.com with your account email + Dodo receipt id. Solo founder; reply within 24 hours.
Chargebacks
Please email us first. We'd much rather refund a legitimate issue than fight a chargeback through Dodo. Filing a dispute without contacting us results in account suspension while the dispute is open.
